can i access a shared mailbox

I have a flow that looks for the word "fail" in subject line of inbox and moves those emails to another folder. Can i do the same with a shared mailbox? i cant figure out how to connect to it - im asked for a password

You should be able to access emails from a shared mailbox, either by using the "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" trigger, or by specifying the original mailbox address in the get emails action.

You must have full send/read permissions on the shared mailbox or your flow will fail.

Hi @SP-16071311-0

If you are not having access to shared Mail Box, make sure the Connection which you are using for Outlook will have the access to that Shared Mail Box to achieve the same.

As i mentioned when i try to connect to the shared mailbox i am prompted for a password which i have no idea. i beleive i have full access i can send from it, i can read inbox.

When you add a new flow, if you search for 'when a new email arrives', you'll find the 'shared mailbox' version in the list.
