I actually thinking how to scroll down the window, using UI element.
Send keys {Down} has worked well for me in the past if nothing is currently selected on the page. Otherwise you may need to send keys for a hard refresh {Control}({R})
As suggested by @nc13 you can make use of Arrow Up/Down or PgUp/PgDwn keys.
If its a web application you can also use this.
