I have a document review flow that has been working fine for months, but suddenly it is kicking off when the trigger condition is not met. The flow is suddenly running any time a change is made to a file, including when the item is checked out and in a DRAFT status, even though the flow is supposed to trigger on changes made to a file with a PENDING status (i.e. checked in for review).
