I am trying to create a Form for supervisors to use when they are auditing their staff. I want the responses from the submitted form to go into an Excel spreadsheet. The trick is the Excel spreadsheet has a tab for each staff member. The form, when it is submitted, will include the staff member that was audited. I would like the Form response to go to the correct tab (the tab with the staff member's name) in the spreadsheet based on the staff member's name that was audited.
Is that possible and does anyone know how I might be able to accomplish that? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
