How do I send the response status in an approval action to a field with multiple recipients

Hi,

How do I send the response status in an approval action to a field with multiple recipients? As far as I understand, it sends the response status to the email in the requestor's approval action. In my case, I need to send it to multiple people ( person field allows multiple selection). How can I achieve this?

    Hi @v-xiaochen-msft,

Thank you for the response. However, I apologize as my question pertains to sending emails and approvals to a person field with multiple selections.

Perhaps I didn't explain it clearly initially. Let me elaborate. In my list, there is a person field that allows for multiple selections. I would like these selected members to receive the response status of the approval action.

I hope this clarifies my query.

    FYI :

    Hi @ThaarA-1424 ,

In my sample, it's indeed a person field that allows for multiple selections.

My approach is to send mail with response status to these users.

If you want these users to see these approval items in the teams approval app, it is hard to work. Because they are neither requester nor approvers.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky
