The “Connection test failed” error in the ServiceNow Connector using Microsoft Entra ID certificate-based OAuth is typically caused by JWT validation failure in ServiceNow.

    Best Fix Approach
    • Recreate certificate
    • Reconfigure Entra App + ServiceNow settings
    • Ensure all values (Audience, Issuer, Cert) match exactly
    • Delete and recreate the connection
This is not a Power Automate issue
    • It’s a strict configuration mismatch between Entra ID and ServiceNow
Even a small mismatch will cause failure.

@11manish I am still getting same issue even after ensuring all the steps you mentioned are completed. Is there any log gets generated in power apps while trying to auth with servicenow connector?

Power Apps / Power Automate do not provide detailed logs for connector authentication failures.

The most useful logs are in ServiceNow (OAuth and system logs) and Microsoft Entra ID (sign-in logs).

Since the error persists, it is almost certainly due to a subtle mismatch in JWT configuration (audience, issuer, or certificate), which can only be

confirmed through ServiceNow logs and token inspection.
