Premium connectors not enabled (Microsoft Forms and others)

Hello community!
I have a question, if you can help me here, I have the following scenario

I have a maker who purchased a Power Automate Premium license to use the premium RPA connectors. However, the Microsoft Forms connector is disabled.

So, I did the following test

I enabled the trial license in my account and in the same environment as the maker I created an RPA, it worked! I was able to use the Microsoft Forms connector.

The test raised another question, because the trial version is enabled:
 
 
 

Does anyone have any idea what is preventing the maker from using the premium connectors within the RPA? Below licenses Maker:

    I would check to make sure that the Administrators haven't created a Data Policy that doesn't allow the use of that connector.  Licensing shouldn't enter in to it.  the Microsoft Forms connector is a Standard connector.

    Hi,

    Am using same license but am able to use it, I think due to DLP Policy it's is restricting you. Please check with your admin.
