Invoice coping help ASAP

i have SharePoint folders having invoices, i  need to get invoice number from each invoice  and search in another application for invoice country value .

Then i need to move this invoice to particular country folder in SharePoint/one drive. please provide best automated in power automate solution.

simple SharePoint i have  invoice folder recursively scan each invoice, get invoice number  and search country code in another application .based on country code i should move/copy this invoice to that country folder.

 

need to capture the in excel invoice number copied country code.

    @Anonymous  you can trigger the flow when the invoice file is created in the folder  or you can create a flow with recurrence trigger where you can configure the flow to run daily/weekly/monthly to get invoices and then use the Move File action to move the file to another folder.

    Just normal move not ,should  scan invoice id and find the country code in another application based on country code i should move that particular invoice to country folder dynamically . Please provide help on this

    To find country code from another application, which application is that? does it have API, then you can use HTTP action to call API to get further information from another application.
