Sum of durations of individual actions don't sum up to total duration shown for condition inside Apply to Each

I have several actions inside my Apply to Each action and in one of the iterations of the Apply to Each it took 8hrs to complete it. There are 76 iterations happened on this instance and other 75 iterations took less than 30 seconds. However for one of these iterations which took 8hrs, the sum of durations of each individual actions don't sum up to 8hrs. Infact it is 10 seconds as show in screenshot. Can any expert tell me what is hidden here. I am not doing anything heavy here to take 8hrs to run through an iteration.

I am within throttling limits and using Power Automate Per User plan.

@Matthy79 The flow was super fast after adjusting as you said. Thanks a lot for the guidance.

@Matthy79 Thank you for the prompt response. I didn't knew another thread existed. Let me change my flow and get back on this.

Copy paste from this thread: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Apply-to-Each-Flow-takes-much-longer-than-the-sum-of-its-steps/m-p/2525973#M152991

    Hello @RameshMukka

First of all. The sum of the steps inside a scope, loop or whatever container is never the amount this container action needed. There is always a gap between end of action 1 and start of action 2 and so on. On some days this gab is short on other days Microsoft has troubles and you seem to wait forever. I had a day where one scope with 3 action took 23 seconds but each action only took 0 seconds. The next day everything was fine again. So let’s say this is “normal” behavior.

Now to your flow setup. You should avoid conditions inside a loop. That slows down power automate on design. Filter your items and after that only apply to each filtered item. You will see your flow will get an incredible boost.
