Hallo,

aktuell arbeite ich daran eine Automatisierung zu erstellen, welche dafür sorgen soll, dass die Antworten aus einer Forms Abfrage in eine gesonderte Excel-Tabelle übertragen werden soll.

In der genannten Tabelle sollen die meisten Zellen durch Power Automate übertragen werden, einige sollen frei bleiben, was auch soweit funktioniert.

Jetzt zum Problem, es gibt es 4 Zellen, welche nicht übernommen werden - aus Gründen die ich nicht herausfinden kann. Bei den Forms-Fragen handelt es sich sowohl um 2 Auswahl-Fragen, als auch um 2 Datum-Fragen.

Kann mir da vielleicht jemand helfen?

The problem with those 4 fields usually comes down to data type or format. Choice questions sometimes return an array if multiple options are allowed, which Excel doesn’t handle directly. Dates from Forms often come in ISO format (2026-04-02), and Excel may expect a different format.
A simple fix is to use Power Automate functions: join() for multiple-choice answers to turn them into a single string, and formatDateTime() to convert the date into the format Excel expects. Also, double-check that your Excel columns exactly match the names in your flow and that your sheet is formatted as a proper table, not just a range.
