Adaptive Card signature validation failed

Hi,

I have built a flow which has a start and wait for approval action.

I have two options, approve and reject.

However, when I receive the approval email I am not getting an actionable email. Instead when clicking either the approve or reject button I am getting taken to the Power Automate site to approve.
We are using Outlook 0365. Build 2006 13001.20520 (Click to run)

I installed the actionable messages debugger and got the following message when opening the approval email sent from Flow:

"Adaptive card signature validation failed - recipient does not match."

Is there some security or/and other setting in admin center that needs turning on, box ticked?

    Hi Darren1372,

Could you check this thread to see if it can help you?

Darren - Did you get this issue resolved? I am getting the same message in Outlook, but it is working in OWA.

Darren1372, did you ever get this working? I'm encountering a similar issue when sending an approval email to an external domain. Adaptive card signature validation failed - recipient does not match. Hoping to get actionable email working for this approval flow process. It does work with internal domain email addresses. Thanks!
