Conditional Access Error

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I'm getting an error while creating a flow & configuring to send an email at the end of the flow. It errors out that my Device is not compliant due to a Intune 'Conditional Access' policy.

However it's not giving any pointer how to make the Device Compliant. Surprisingly, i am part of 'Intune' Engineering Team and can validate that my device 'DHIRAJTDELLCS' is compliant. The error is not helping much in order to seek any troubleshooting route.

    Hi @DA5,

Without specific configuration information, it's impossible to determine exactly what went wrong. Based on my search, I found the following Document about Conditional Access, hope these could help you something.

Common ways to use Conditional Access with Intune:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/protect/conditional-access-intune-common-ways-use

Set rules on devices to allow access to resources in your organization using Intune:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/protect/device-compliance-get-started#device-compliance-policies-work-with-azure-ad

    Best Regards,
