Recognize text in image or document not working

I have been using the action "Recognize text in image or document not working " from last couple of days. Suddenly today I observed that it's not working. it's been retrying but still no output. Just wanted to know if there is server problem from the Microsoft itself .

    If there are no error messages, there is not too much advice that can be given. I checked my flow and it is working without issues. I assume you're referring to the AI builder action below.
     
     
    If it is an issue with a Microsoft server that your tenant is running on, you'd need to contact Microsoft directly. You can submit a ticket in your company's admin center.

    Stuck on this step for couple of minutes, usually takes less than minute.

    Sometimes it works and sometimes doesoes not, it's not reliable. Stuck on this step for couple of minutes, I have to stop the flow manually. This is happening now. Previously, never faced this issue.
