Power automate get items from sharepoint list condition issues

I want to check wither the sender (from) and the reserve (to)

    The comparison in a condition is case sensitive.  Try using a toUpper() or toLower() expression on both sides of the condition and see if that solves your issue.  That will convert things to the same case. Let me know if you need more help.

    Here is a link to a good intro to using conditions.

     

    In my screen shot below, here is the expression that I used on the left side:

    toUpper(items('Apply_to_each')?['Employee/Email'])
    Here is the expression that I used on the right:
    toUpper(triggerOutputs()?['body/toRecipients'])
