I want to check wither the sender (from) and the reserve (to)emails exits and equal to the sharepoint list.

Please post screen shots of your Flow in edit/design view and I'll try to assist.
The comparison in a condition is case sensitive. Try using a toUpper() or toLower() expression on both sides of the condition and see if that solves your issue. That will convert things to the same case. Let me know if you need more help.
