Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Do you want to forward the subscribed email from Power BI to all team members when you get the data alert?
Further, could you please share a bit more about your subscription email from Power BI?
If you want to forward the subscription email from Power BI, you should find it within your Outlook mailbox (or other mailbox) firstly, then forward the subscription email with "Forward an email" action of Outlook connector within your flow.
If you want to find the subscription email within your Outlook mailbox, you should get emails with "Get emails" action of Outlook connector (The "Get emails" action could only get at most 25 emails once) and then add a "Filter array" action to filter the specific subscription email from Power BI. After that, you could forward the specific subscription email. Please take a try with the following workaround:
