Create item and update item from one SP list to another

Hi, I have 2 SP lists - one is source and one is destination. I am trying to ensure that when list 1 (source) is either updated or has a new item created i want this to be replicated in list 2 (destination). I have done a lot of searching around and keep coming back to the method below - however it is not working for me at all. The flow is stating that it was successful however the second list is still blank! Can anyone help?

Condition = equals(length(body('Get_items')?['value']),0)
Create item populated with 'When an item is created or modified' fields
Update item 'ID' populated with 'Get items', all others from 'When an item is created or modified' fields

Hi!

I guess the problem is, you added 'true' as regular text on your Condition rule - right term; and you should add it as an WDL expression, the same way you did to assig current input on Condition rule - left term

If the problem persist, please share also a screenshot from your Flow execution, so we can figure out if it takes true / false branch, etc
