I've had issues with twitter alerts. Specifically the ones where every tweet with a specific hashtag is to be emailed to me.
The other flows I have tried to Post to twitter have been successful, but notifications from twitter don't.
I get this : " Flow run timed out because the starting action was not performed. Please Try again."
I've tried many times. Anyone else run into this?

Can you share more details? Maybe a screenshot of the flow?
For the twitter, when a tweet is posted trigger, it scans twitter on a recurrence bases and might take some time to trigger and return with the results.
