To search files on OneDrive, we have two options In Power Automate Desktop

Find files in folder
find files in folder by path

"find files in folder by path" was working fine sine several months but suddenly it has stopped working.
"Find files in folder" works only if i pich path manually in development, but as soon we provide path by variable, it stops working.

This whole thing has affected several automations and apparently there is no solution online

Replace “Find files in folder by path” with Get files in folder.
Pass a Folder-typed variable (not Text) to Folder. Create it via the folder picker or actions like Get special folder, then use %MyFolderVar%. Validate with If folder exists.
For OneDrive for Business, use SharePoint actions: Get folder metadata using path → List folder → Get file content using path (avoids local sync/File On-Demand issues).
Also: update to the latest PAD, ensure OneDrive folders/files are “Always keep on this device,” and run PAD elevated if protected paths are involved.
