OneDrive create file isthrowing a "File already exists" error.
For months it used to overwrite the old files but today it suddenly stopped

    Go into the create file action settings and disable chunking:
     
    It is certainly not obvious, but when you disable chunking it should overwrite the file if one exists with the same name. Note, if you have large files, this can impact creating the large files. I tried to find an online reference about this but could not.

    Thanks, This fix worked for me but clearly they changed something. Stopped working for me too. My automation runs every 30 minutes so it broke somewhere between 02:42am and 03:12am BST on June 21st.
