Hello,
i want to extract information from a pdf which i store at a sharepoint:
When i store the new pdf, the flow is been triggered.
As the next stept, i want to get the content of this pdf. But that is the first thing which does not work.
following this, i create a link to the sharepoint document, which already works...
Can you help me out?

It seems impossible to directly obtain the PDF file content from SharePoint Web.
Although the Url+#section_name works in web browser doesn't mean SharePoint is able to "understand" that.
You can try 3rd party solutions like Encodian one: Get PDF Text Layer – Encodian Customer Help
