Problem with sending an email when someone posts a reply to teams

I can get an email sent when someone posts a new entry, but I can't get an email when someone posts a reply.

 

Is this possible?

    Hi @peter_Ch ,

     

    The existing Teams related trigger can only monitor whether there is a new message in the specified channel, or whether the current user is mentioned.

    Posting a reply has not been determined to have added a new message to the channel, but just replies to the existing message, not a new entry.

    I am afraid that there is no similar feature to achieve your needs currently, please consider posting this idea in Flow Ideas forum:
