How to enable function Create_sharing_link_for_a_file_or_folder

HI Guy, Please advise, I am using the power automate with the function "Create_sharing_link_for_a_file_or_folder" of share point category and get error as detail below,

 

Error Action 'Create_sharing_link_for_a_file_or_folder' failed

Error Details The feature has been disabled. Please contact your admin to get it enabled.

    Hi @thanakidtk 

     

    I assume you want to share with external users and your environment is configured for and allows external sharing - it is on by default.  

     

    Many organizations disable this feature for security reasons. Here is a link to documentation on external sharing and SharePoint in Office 365.

    Hi @CFernandes 

     

    Thank you for suggestion, I would like to share the link to access the sharepoint file with in internal. 

    So, I try to use the admin account of sharepoint it still fail same reason.

    Can you quickly go to the RUN HISTORY and share a screenshot of the error as well please share a screenshot of how you have configured the action.

     

    What is the scope mentioned inside the action, it is Anonymous or Only people within the organization ?

    Probably we have a issue with the configuration of the sharepoint site.
