Populating to a Microsoft Word Template - help!

Apologies in advance for posting this but there appears to be an issue with this forum viewing and posting to threads. Is anyone else getting this?

I had posted something previously and received some help - thank you.
I tried to send responses to the thread as replies were coming in but they are not showing, hence this request for help here. Anyway, I am trying to populate to a Word Template. I set up Flow 1 to take care of the contribution made via Microsoft Forms and then recording to a Sharepoint list just fine. Flow 2 is where I am experiencing problems.

   can you help?

Flow 1 is working fine but I am having a problem with Flow 2. Every stage is ticked it off until it gets to the point of populating to a Microsoft Word template, skips this step and everything else after it.

The flows succeeds but skipping stages halfway through means it is ultimately failing. What would make it skip steps?

What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Please show how the for each and populate Word template steps are configured as those are probably the cause of the problem. Based on your image, I don't see a need for an apply to each action if you want to populate a Word template. You mist likely have data in your process that is considered an array (such as a people or choice field that allows multiple options). If that is the case, you need to condense the array into a string, which you could do with a join expression.

    Thank you for your reply,

The "For each" component seems to have inserted by itself - there is no configuration. Do you think this can be removed?

The Word portion is set out like this and pointing to the correct areas:-
