Using elastic tables for logs

I'm trying to create a monitoring report for the cloud/desktop flows that i use in power automate.

The problem that i am facing is that i can't retrieve the data that are stored in the Flow Run table.
How can i access an elastic table by using a tool like Power BI or MySQL Server??

Also, i tried to create a power automate cloud flow that is triggered when a row is added in this table but it didn't work even though there are new data stored.
