Sending only ONE email from multiple apply to each step

Hello everyone,

I am having one minor issue with my flow. I am in the final step of sending an email with an attachment, and it works properly.

The only issue I am having is that my flow is sending more than 2 emails as a couple of "apply to each" steps. I can't take my email to be sent from outside of the "apply to each" steps as there is an attachment that I want from that step. I am attaching the screenshot to get a better idea of the flow and my question. thank you!

Could you confirm this

1. You are trying to extract information from attachments using AI Builder
2. Then based on information, you are populating ms word template
3. After completeing ms word template, you need to send an single email for each (based on first apply for each)

So for all attachmnets you only need to send a single email or email for every attachment ?

so i want the single email for the last result (final result/final file) that I am getting from apply to each option

So you can pull the send email action under Apply to each 3 from Apply to each so that you can send email per file

We got a problem here,

when I try to pull out the email option under the apply to each 3 then I am not getting the attachment option that I want to attach you know. it has to be under the apply to each option.
