switch control

I'm still new to this and trying to work up a switch control/operation as suggested to me previously.  I was working in New Designer but was getting errors and upon research recommended switch to old designer and that cleared errors and flow runs.

My MS Form has a section titled "Instrument selection" which contains 2 questions:  Purchase Quantity and Instrument Selection and both are required fields.

The following sections on the form are driven by what instrument has been selected.

Not sure what I'm missing but when the flow runs I'm only getting my default email which I have in the body of the email -- as "blank" just as a place holder.

Switch "On" refers to Instrument Selection  --- to which I'm not against renaming the question to Desired Instrument in the Instrument Selection section if that is causing the problem with having the same name.

As shown only 2 cases are built but I need a total of 11 (one for each instrument selection available).

1) Do I need to rename the question to Desired Instrument and then correct the switch ON action?
2) Do I need to add a compose to each case that contains individual instrument information?
3) Does each case need it's own "send an email" operation or can I build 1 email that pulls the appropriate case information and add it as a new/final step after the case run through

I'm not trying to get anyone to do my work for me, I'm struggling with working on this alone and need more experienced help/support.

Thanks and appreciation for anyone's time in advance.

Nora

Comparisons are case-sensitive. Please check the response. Or you could use toLower() or toUpper() to convert and check.

You can add one email if you want. Build the body of the response in a variable. Then finally you can use one email after the Case action step and map the variable under the body.

    Thanks
