I have a pretty simple flow set up. I first have a trigger that looks for an email that has a .slk file attachment. I then push that file to my sftp server. When I download the file that is being sent, it completely changes the internals of the file. Please if anyone can help with this.

When you set up the download for the file in your flow, are you having the flow pull the name through dynamic content? If so, I would advise adding .slk to the end of the dynamic content to ensure that it is pushing the file in the correct format to your server and not changing anything when you download it. Let me know if that helps, or if you have already tried this!
