  1. Created project in Project Online

To be specific, there are two reasons why things are not working.  The trigger did not get fired; or there was some error/failures.  The screen you shown lists failure.  You are seeing no failure - which probably means the trigger never got fired. You can see if the trigger got fired by selecting the "Checks, successes and failures" on the top right of the screen.

    Hi OlenaKobzysta,

As your flow has been created, when you create a new project, does your flow send an email to this Email Address? If no, do you get any error message? If you get an error message, please provide a screenshot of the error message.

You could check flow in the following ways:
1.By clicking the “i” icon to check all of the flow status.

2.Click this dropdown list to check the status which you want to check.

    3. By clicking the Arrow icon on each status to check the detailed status information.

please try if this works for you.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao
