I am getting below error trying to authenticate to service-now connector. But my credentials and link work for me normally.

Hi @mohitsaraswat ,

I recommend checking your permissions, most likely the root cause.

For accessing APIs from ServiceNow need to provide the role:web_service_admin in dev instance. Please mark as a solution if this was helpful! Always glad to help! Tom

Hello, can you please help me as well?

I am not able to connect to Service Now using Power Automate. I am getting Authentication error but the credentials I am using are valid. Not sure what the cause is.

The account I am using is Azure AD account.
Is this the cause? If yes, how to solve it?
Or Do I need some specific Role assigned to me? If yes, which role from below list should I use?

I remember vaguely it was due to a password issue.
The password in service now is different to your Azure ad account.
There is a place in service now to reset the password.
If you set it to something else then reconnect using the new password it should work.

Hi, the password I am using is Service Now password.

I think there's a role called role:web_service_admin which you need to enable
