It's not consistent, but for some tenants, we had received useful notification emails from Microsoft. I haven't found any evidence that this is configurable. But the larger issue is that it seems have stopped. I have recent flow fails in a environment that used to receive these emails, and we haven't received any since last year. Does anyone know if this automated process still runs and if it's configurable?

Looked like this:

The flow(s) listed failed in the past week and may need your attention.

Hi ehuladpt,

I'm not aware of any configuration for receiving emails or not. I remember failed flow emails and the email when Microsoft disabled a non-functioning flow.
I checked the email address and I got one email this weekend. Usually these emails are in my non-focused inbox view.

Have you checked if possibly some emails are now delivered in your spam box?

The official “Flow(s) failed” emails are no longer consistently sent. If you want reliable alerts, set up your own monitoring flow using the Power Automate Management connector or “Configure run after” actions.

We do already use some focused error notifications in certain high traffic flows. Megan Walker also has a good rundown on ways to track flow fails in a more systemic way. We might move in that direction. It would be nice if someone at Microsoft could give a solid answer either way on whether they plan to send them out in the future.

And to the first person's question, yep, we checked non-focused and junk.
