Adaptive Card in Power automate and Outlook

Hi Team,
 

I am working on approval flow.

I would like to send an email to approvers with "Approve" or "Reject" buttons with text box for comments.

On submission of data from Email,  I would like to trigger an automate flow and also want receive submitted data from user.


Is it possible? I possible can you please provide the sample working code.

Now that Action.Http is deprecated is there any other alternative to trigger the flow.

    You can certainly use an Adaptive card but you then have to use a button in your card to do a Submit.
     
    Then in your flow use the When an actionable message response is submitted (from the Card), this way the comments you want, plus their response and anything else you want will come from the Submitted Adaptive card.
     
    The easiest being using the Approval Action since you can add whatever responses you want and you get a free Comment section.
