Power Automate Desktop - Problem with retrieving email attachments

Hey All,

I have an issue with retrieving email attachments.

When I use Outlook action I can download attachments from email, but filtering on From field does not work.

When I use Exchange action, I can filter my email by From field, but there are no attachments in emails (of course, I try to get emails with attachments).

Could anyone help me to figure out what I do wrong?

Kind regards,

Maxim

Go back to using Outlook.  You can filter on .From using the solution here; don't ask me why it's different, but it works:

    Hi, Michael!

    Thank you for your answer!

But I want to filter emails when I retrieve them from Outlook.

I tried your solution and figured out that when I retrieve email from Outlook action in From field I do not see usual email address like smb@email.com. I see something like Exchange string

That is why I tried to use Exchange action.

    Kind regards,

    Maxim

That's a group, I have one just like that as well.  You should be able to find an ID or something in that group that you can still use.
