Por que a expressão "IF %CurrentAttribute['ID_Pagina_FK']% is equal to 1" retorna a messagem de erro Expression must contain a 'Boolean value'.

    You seem to be mixing Regular PAD flow syntax and Regular expression enabled PAD syntax.

    PowerFx flow
    If you have regular expression enabled use

    If action in edit:


    Regular flow
    And if you have regular (power fx not enabled) then use 

    If action in edit:


    Most likely you have power fx enabled which means your syntax should look like this: =VariableName.ColumnName = 1
    So like this:
    =CurrentAttribute.ID_Pagina_FK = 1
