Get Items from Excel to SPO list is over the limit of 100 000. HELP!

Hi, i am trying to pull data from excel to SPO list.

Using a flow all, good.. works.

I changed pagination thresholds to 100 000 but my sheet has over 300 000 rows.

From reading the documentation in MS doc, it says.. "To process more items, trigger multiple flow runs over your data" , so I do that, wouldn't it create duplicated records on my list, from the first run?

Or does it mean, there's is a way to run the same flow and ensure no duplicated records come with it?

Also thought about changing the flow to delete the record once is moved so then when I run it again, I know it's not duplicating values.. how can I create that delete option ?
