Model is in training for 1d and not able to start other model training

My model is struck in training for last 24 hours. not able to train other model.

How do you solve the problem?

    If the model has genuinely been stuck in Training for more than 24 hours and no cancel/retry option resolves it, I would recommend:
    • Testing with a new simple model.
    • Checking Power Platform service health.
    • Opening a Microsoft Support case, as backend intervention may be required to clear the training job queue.

    AI Builder model training jobs don't have a hard timeout displayed in the UI, but 24 hours is definitely stuck, not still processing normally.

    Steps to unblock:

    1. Try cancelling the training: in AI Builder > your model > there may be a Cancel training option. If available, cancel it and then retrain.

    2. If no cancel option: go to make.powerapps.com > AI Hub > your model > try clicking Train again. Sometimes this re-queues the job and clears the stuck state.

    3. Check Power Platform Service Health in PPAC for any active AI Builder incidents that could explain the stuck state.

    4. The stuck training job is likely what's blocking other model training, since AI Builder training jobs can run sequentially per environment in some configurations. Once the stuck job is cleared (via cancel or support), the queue should free up.

    5. If none of the above works: Microsoft support ticket is required. AI Builder training jobs run in a backend queue that only Microsoft can clear when they get stuck. Provide your environment ID and the model name/ID when raising the ticket for faster resolution.
