OneDrive for Business connector shows "No Items" in file picker — suddenly broken across all flows

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone else has run into this. Our OneDrive for Business connector in Power Automate stopped working after June 9, 2026, (that was the last time I was able to run a flow with that step in it) and I'm stuck.

The problem:
When I try to browse for a file or folder in any action that uses the OneDrive for Business connector (e.g., "Get file content using path"), the file picker opens to OneDrive for Business > Root and shows "No Items" — no files, no folders, nothing. The flows worked fine before this date.

What I've tried:

  • Deleted and recreated the connection multiple times

  • Manually typed the file path instead of browsing

  • Tested in multiple browsers

  • Created brand new flows from scratch

  • Tested in our Citrix virtual desktop environment
  • Verified files exist and are accessible in OneDrive online

  • Checked Microsoft service health for reported incidents
  • Tried using different connector's (OneDrive, SharePoint, in addition to what I've always used - OneDrive for Business.

Key details:

  • This affects multiple existing flows, not just one

  • The connection shows as Connected with the correct work account

  • The issue appeared after June 9 — flows were working before that with no changes made

  • IT confirms no permission or policy changes were made

  • Manually typing the path also fails — it's not just a picker display issue

  •

Has anyone else experienced this recently, or found a fix? I'm currently testing the SharePoint connector, but am also experiencing issues with that, as a workaround but would prefer to understand the root cause.

Thanks

    Hi there!

A couple of screenshots will be helpful, others want to see the actual flow and configuration to help determine root cause.  Otherwise, you can expect a handful of ChatGPT responses that will not actually tell you anything you don't already know.

My triggers and connectors for OneDrive are all working in multiple tenants and environments; I don't think it's a global issue.

    At this point, I would:
    • Test List files in root folder with another user.
    • Check the flow run history for the exact connector error code.
    • Inspect the browser's Network tab when the picker says No Items.
    • Open a Microsoft support ticket and provide:
      • Tenant ID
      • Approximate start date (June 9, 2026)
      • Connection ID
      • Correlation IDs from failed runs
Since the issue appeared suddenly across multiple flows with no changes on your side, this strongly suggests a backend connector or Microsoft Graph issue rather than a problem in your flows themselves.
