PAD doesn't see URL that is in email source

I had a power automate desktop flow that was parsing a notification email for a specific link then downloading the file from that link.  The service that is sending the notification emails made some changes to their formatting.  Now, PAD doesn't even see the url.  It sees the text that is hyperlinked but there's no evidence of the hyperlink url in the PAD output.  As a test, I have had it write the whole body content both in txt and html.  All other links it shows properly except for this one that I need.  When looking at the source code of the html email, the a href and url are there.  Not sure if this is a bug because of how this is nested in tables or what?

Here's a screenshot of the email - you can see in the hover text there is a url.

And here is the code snip from the email source

PAD doesn't see this url at all either in text or recognize text.

Thoughts?

I am using Recognize Entries in Text - URL on %currentitem.body% to parse for the URLs.  This worked just fine until the sender company made modifications to their notification template last week.  The URL that is missing should be located between 3 and 4 (and is not anywhere in the list) I also added a Create HTML on the same variable to see a bit more about what PAD was seeing.  Those results are below.

In the HTML output - urls that are recognized properly, the url is listed after the hyperlinked text.  (see below)

In the location where the url is not being recognized - the HTML output does not show any url - even though it is there in the email sourcecode.
