SharePoint, Flow, and Internet Explorer

I have users with Internet Explorer that are finding the Microsoft Flow experience flaky. We have a couple of flows that are run by selecting a file in a SharePoint Online document library and running a custom action.

When they select a file, often times, the right-hand pane simply appears blank.

I don't seem to have this issue with Chrome. Occasionally I will get it in Internet Explorer. Is there something I can do to remedy this?

    Hi @ChuckWillwerth,

    Thanks for feedback.

I have created a flow with the trigger For a selected item to test this issue, but it didn’t return the issue you’ve mentioned.

Could you share more details on the issue?

You said that “When they select a file, often times, the right-hand pane simply appears blank”, could you share a screenshot on it?

When it is working on SharePoint list item, will it return the same issue?

It seems that the issue only occurs on IE, as a temporary workaround, please suggest your users use Chrome instead of IE.

Please help collect more details on it, I will try to report it on my side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
