Ask your manager to follow the below steps
    • Go to Solutions → Connection References
    • Update it to use their Power BI connection
    • Share that connection with you (if needed)
    Ensure:
    • Flow is inside a Solution
    • Power BI action uses Connection Reference (not direct connection)
IMPORTANT: Flow should run using that connection (depends on trigger type—see below)

Another cleanest and most reliable approach
    • Use “Run-only user” configuration
    • Set your manager connection under: Flow → Run only users → Connections used → Select manager’s connection
    • This forces the flow to execute under your manager’s Power BI access
Use Service Principal / service account (enterprise-grade) as connection which will remove the dependency on the user accounts Most Recommended Approach.

For production solutions, avoid using an individual manager's account for Power BI actions. The recommended approach is:

Power Automate => Service Account Connection => Power BI Workspace => Reports/Datasets

If this is a temporary requirement, ensure the Connection Reference is correctly mapped to your manager's Power BI connection and that the

flow itself is not still using your personal Power BI connection.

Connection References in Solutions: If your flow is inside a Power Platform Solution, use connection references for the Power BI connector.  Reference is here.

Shared or Service Account Connection: Create a dedicated Power BI connection in Power Automate using your manager’s credentials or a service account with access to the report. The reference is here:  Integrating Power BI with Power Automate Power Apps
