Auto-Update Excel Null Error

Hi, I get the following Error when trying to update an excel file. I get the following Error at the Update a row step.

Error Message.png

This is what my flow looks like. The Excel Script is to create a table which it successfully does and the variable created is the name of the table created.

Flow 2.png

I have tried these options available as well as just value by removing body.

Looks like your "List rows" isn't returning any data and you are trying to reference a value in the array.

    Hi @BW145

Body/Value is right but its probably empty.

Change the Mode of Power Automate back to Classic (top right corner) from New

Then go to Details of the Flow

    Pick a flow that failed

    Pick the List Rows Action

Look at the Raw Output and Output (its all together)

    Its probably [] meaning empty

So you should place a Condition before that checks the length(Dynamics Value output of List Rows)

    then say is greater than

    0

Then in the Yes side add your code.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

I have the following settings on for the list rows actions. Is this not correct?

    @BW145

We won't know if what you are pointing at has a Table or its the right table etc.

That's why i want you to look at the Run itself (per my other response)

Table actually expects an ID not name. Try this approach

I've tried this by setting the variable to be the Table ID, still does not work

Your Apply to each loop must not be referring the correct field. The following field is the one you should be referring to

    outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value']

I managed to fix the issue by using add a row instead. This isn't exactly what I wanted but was the closest solution I could find
