Constraints and limitations of Power Automate or Power Platform in China

Hi Team,

 

Please suggest constraints / limitations of Power platform, Power Apps and Power Automate for China region. Currently M365 services are operated by 21Vianet in China.  Please share if you have any Microsoft references on limitations.
