Keep getting emails from an old flow

I had setup a flow a long while back to email me when firewall expirations were coming up in 90 days, and no longer need it, but the flow is no longer showing. How can I stop this flow from sending me emails from this old spreadsheet?

    Is this Cloud or Desktop?
     
    You said you don't see it?
     
    1. Go to the environment it would have been in
    2. If you had it in a solution you could go to Solutions, Default Solution, then Cloud Flows and find it
     
    If not
     
    If you are 100000% positive, then go to your Power Platform Admin, go to the Environment it would have been in. Click on Power Automate and it will list the flows and you can see it there, make sure to share it with yourself, then go turn it off.
     
    If you are talking about personal, mode that has not been on for so long now its not funny and you can search for that and its been answered about 1.00Million times
