A flow that is triggered from a model‑driven app has stopped working

Hello,
 
   I have a problem with a flow, this flow  is triggered from a model‑driven app has stopped working since February 6. 
 
Apparently nothing has changed, except that the owner of the flow was a person who is no longer here. I changed the owner to myself and it still doesn't work. Could it just be a coincidence, or could it be related?
 
I have checked connections and  flow activation and I see everything is fine.
 
If anyone knows what's happening, I would appreciate it, as we urgently need to fix it.

    Could you please provide more context? When you say it stopped to working, does it fails, or does it not even trigger at all?
     
    Please share an image of your flow, removing any sensitive content.
