Power Automate Issue with Inline Images from Outlook Web Emails

Hello Everyone,

We have created a Power Automate flow that is triggered when a new email is received at a specific email address.
The flow creates a new item in a SharePoint list, then creates a folder named after the SharePoint list item ID and stores the email attachments in that folder.

Please refer to the screenshot below for the email notification flow.

The flow works as expected and successfully creates a new item in the SharePoint list when a new email arrives.
However, when the email body contains inline image attachments, we are seeing different behavior based on how the email is sent:

Behavior 1:
When the email is sent from Outlook Web and contains multiple images in the email body, only the last image is saved in the item folder within the document library.

Behavior 2:
When the email is sent from the Outlook Desktop application and contains multiple images in the email body, all images are saved correctly in the item folder within the document library.

Can anyone help me with the same?

Thanks in advance.

Have you stepped through a run of one of the Flows sent from the Outlook web app?  Do you see all of the attachments?

An email was sent to the specific email address configured in the flow.
When the email is sent from the Outlook Desktop application, all attachments are processed successfully.
However, when the same email is sent from Outlook Web, only the last attachment is being captured.
