Flow is not triggering

Hi everyone,

My client build a flow and we can't get it to trigger.

The client is using Dynamics Customer Voice to generate date from their clients. He build 2 flows:

1. Get data from the Forms > Write that of to a SharePoint list (this one works)

2. Get data from the Forms > Create a PDF > Put PDF on SharePointlibrary (this one is not working)

I have rebuild the second flow in a Developer environment and this works.

I have also build a copy of the first flow with a parallel branch. The connections have been transfered to the owner of the first flow and he is testing but this flow is also not triggering.

The second flow looks as following:

What could be the problem? Like I said, the first one is triggered (still works) but the second and combined one are not working.

Is it not possible to build multiple flows on one Dynamics Customer Voice Forms? Or could there be another problem?

I think the problem is with your trigger, which is the one for regular Microsoft Forms responses. Microsoft recommends not using the Forms trigger for this exact reason; you can have problems. You can read about this at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/cv-faq#should-i-use-microsoft-forms-connector-for-customer-voice-surveys-in-power-automate-flow

    Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. That explains a lot.

I have checked but there are no triggers for Dynamics Customer Voice. So we have to find another solution.

I will check if we can modify the first (working) flow or build a second flow that gets the data from the SharePoint list instead of the Customer Voice Form. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.
