Alert: Your operation has been throttled.

Hi All,
I had this flow running without any issues, but Im getting the following error: Alert: Your operation has been throttled.
Can someone point me out in the right direction to fix it?

    This error means your flow is hitting a service throttling limit (too many calls in a short time).
    Common fixes:
    • Add delays between loops/actions
    • Reduce the number of Get items / Get file calls
    • Use pagination and process items in batches
    • Avoid unnecessary loops or repeated API calls
    Throttling is temporary—optimizing the flow usually resolves it.

    thank you! how can I reduce the number of Get items? I would like to run only once every day or twice.
