Can’t find flow - Microsoft template list flow

I created a Microsoft List from one of Microsoft’s templates. It has some automation in it for approvals. I want to edit the flow but I can’t find it. I’ve checked “my flows” tab  and also check “solutions” tab I still can’t find it. I need to edit some of the functionality on the list. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me locate it the flow so I can modify it.

    Hi @Okiki080 ,

    Please check these points.

1\ Have you saved the flow?

2\ Have you chosen the right environment?

3\ Have you shared the flow with others? If yes, please look for the flow in the 'shared with me' tab.

    Hi @Wearsky

    thanks for the quick response.

I believe the flow is meant to be auto generated because it was created from a template.
    1. I couldn’t find the flow in order to save it, it’s still running fine but can’t see it .
    2. I believe so, I only have access to one environment

    3. I couldn’t find the flow, it to share with it with anyone but I check the shared tab. It’s also not there

    Hi @Okiki080 ,

Can you share the screenshot where you created the flow from the template? I want to create a similar flow to reproduce the problem.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Hi @Okiki080 ,

After testing, I found that the flow was created under the default environment.

Could you try to access the default environment?

@v-xiaochen-msft I'm in my default environment, for some reason it doesn't show up.

@v-xiaochen-msft that's only the reminder flow, there's supposed to be an approval flow as well. Its the approval flow that i need to modify to have mandatory approvals

    Hi @Okiki080 ,

When you create a list from a template, only this flow is created.

The approval operation is not implemented by flow. It seems to be a special list.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

@v-xiaochen-msft  Thanks Wearsky, it would be great if i could gain access to this special list. Not having full access to template for multiple users isn't really a template lol
