Is it possible put a watermark on PDF right buttom corner using POWER AUTOMATE desktop?

There is no such inbuilt action available in PAD. Either you need to rely on the third party software and automate that, Or if that third party software can allow you API's then you can use invoke web service action. Else if you good in coding then you need to try on coding custom activity

Also if you are having the Acrobat software then you can try using with UI element automation. steps as below, but this is not a effective solution
