Chatbot using Power Automate

Hi, I'm looking for a way to build a chatbot in Teams by only using Power Automate (without Power Virtual Agents) that can answer some designed keywords. For example, I will have a channel in teams and the conversation should be like :

Bot: Greeting, How may I help you today?

User: I need to check the weather today. ( The keyword is weather)

Bot: Sure, Please give me a minute. ( In this step it will connect and retrieve data from the API given)

Bot: The weather today is............? Is there anything I can help you with ( When the User types in Yes, it will repeat the step or No to stop).

Power Automate isn't designed to have a user interface, so there is really no way to do this with Power Automate alone. But it would be very easy to do this with Power Virtual Agent in Teams and use Power Automate as a backend. Why do you not want to use Power Virtual Agents in Teams? Building Bots is what its designed for.

Hi, I have built a chatbot with PVA but my manager wants me to make it only Power Automate without PVA.

Power Automate doesn't have a UI for other people to use, so there is no way to make it into a bot without using PVA as a front end.
