    Could you please double-check the value in the Attachment content field?
    Is the file created in OneDrive and SharePoint opening as expected?

    They open fine in the One Drive & the Sharepoint locations.
     
    You wouldn't by any chance be able to have a Teams call with me to help would you?  Just a thought.....
